YAY! I'M GLAD THAT YOU LIKE THEM, BB!

Really? You think so? I was worried that they didn't look so great but I just kept making them for some reason. The caps at that site are pretty great! But, I did have to pick and choose. Some were going to be blurry regardless of what you try to do with them. And then I focus mostly on the faces so that way the quality doesn't get compromised.

Hell yes I think so, it's really hard to see ATWT icons that aren't like...ridiculously oversharpened and stuff...though I shouldn't really be talking xD

No matter what I do/try, the quality always get compromised when I make icons. I HATE making ATWT icons because of the poor quality. That's why I suddenly stopped making icons where the cap fills the whole frame and instead started making ...well, the ones like the icon I'm using right now where I've got two caps resized super small. Or like the ones where I cut the people out onto a different background...yeah. Because they look better when sized smaller than 100x100. But there's only so much I can do with those types of icons with the kind of scenes we get on the show, which is also part of why I can never come up with any ideas anymore. sigh.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of the sharpening tool. I tried them on these but jagged edges don't really do anything to me. I love your icons though! I mean, it is a way to be able to compensate for the quality of the captures. The smaller, the better since you can't really see all the imperfections. I love your coloring too and that helps. All I did was brighten and contrast but even then it was kind of hard to figure out what kind of color THEY were supposed to be. I think I got them to look neutral, at least. Cutting definitely helps too but I imagine it's a pain in the butt to have to do just because of the quality. But, I guess we gotta do what we gotta do!
